LEGAL NOTICE: This notice is to advise all artists that inclusion of artwork in Freak Alley is purely voluntary, and no compensation shall be due to any artist for their art. Artists understand and agree that upon installation of any art, the art, mural, painting, project, copy, or design becomes the shared property of Freak Alley and the owner of the land, provided that artist will be permitted to touch up the originally approved work of art, mural, painting, project, copy, or design for as long as it is displayed in Freak Alley Boise. In the event Freak Alley or any artwork is featured in any broadcast or print publication or other distribution, artists will have no claim for damages, compensation or copyright/trademark infringement. The duration of any artist's display shall be determined by Freak Alley and the owner of the land. Artists agree that if the building is sold or if the current owner whereon the artwork is located so chooses, the artwork can be removed, used, and adopted as they deem necessary at whatever time and artists will have no claim for compensation or damage against such removing party or the owner of the land. In consideration of, and as a condition of being allowed access to install art in Freak Alley, artists agree to waive any and all claims resulting from their participation against Freak Alley and the owner of the land.
